When I tracked the order all the dates said December 31, 1899…🤣 but kind of annoying because I didn’t know when my bag of dog food arrived and I was out of town so was having some one pick it up.

I wanted to order 40 lb bag like I did before—but I received small bag that will probably last only for one week. Not what I expected—my choices were small, medium, large or Xtra large with no measurable choices. I ordered the large bag thinking I was getting what I ordered before! Very disappointed

The website isn’t easy to use. I wanted to change my auto order and not get the supplement. I thought I did it. But when my order arrived turns out the supplement was part of the order. So I have a second jar when I still have plenty. The receipt shows one price. It doesn’t list the 2 items and individual prices.

The package that I opened on my kitchen counter was filled with ants. When I pulled the dogfood bag out of the box, ants got all over our counterspace. Spent a good half hour finding them and eliminating them. Put the box outdoors to get the ants out of the house. Have been ordering for many years and this never happened before. Kind of disappointed.
