I have my dog food on auto ship which is easy to setup. Anytime I feel I will run out before by next shipment I just log in to my account and select ship now which the food arrives either the next day or day after. I can always trust this company and in the past I had to call in to return an item and the person was very kind and helpful. My dog has done very well with this food.
