Dogs HATE this food
My dog refuses to eat this food unless he is starving. I thought he might just have weird eating behaviors until I tried multiple other brands without any issues. I even tried giving this food to another dog and experienced similar issues. Dogs love to eat and regularly eat poop, I can't even imagine how bad it must taste.

Can not simply order dog food
It is impossible to simply do a simple order. You send me emails, but when I try to log on you say my email and account does not exist. I try to call and I get phone number not active. Even though I click directly from your page and checked number numerous times for correctness. I have to use this since breeder makes income from your brand and will void warranty on my dog if we don’t use it. Takes me hours everytime I need to order. Should take me minutes. I submit email from your site I get error message did not send. No way to contact you, phone number bogus, email does not work. Just a bunch of bs

This place is unfriendly to customers…
This place is unfriendly to customers and their complaints. I recently found screws in the dog food package, but they simply refused to look into it. Never trust this place and never buy their dog food.

Our research into the original complaint stating that 9 black bolts, in two distinct sizes, were found in a single 5.5 oz can of dog food provided some key insights. Though the reviewer declined to send us the bolts, we were able to conduct a thorough investigation.The machinery in the manufacturing facility has several layers of metal detection in place to avoid instances such as this. Notably, the facility primarily uses stainless steel bolts and very few of their machines have components that include black bolts. The likelihood of one can of food containing 9 black bolts is remarkably low. There is no reason to believe any other product was affected and no other complaints of this nature have been received.

*Not Pleased*
*Not Pleased* My two cats did great on the food for almost five years, up until the last batch. My one cat slowly became very ill after eating this last batch and ended up not eating at all and at the vet with an X ray and ultrasound of her stomach. My other cat wouldn’t touch the food. Life’s Abundance wouldn’t acknowledge their food was the issue even though the change in food batch to the newest was the only environmental change for both cats. Not a happy customer. Not happy cats.

Sweeteners Create Overwhelming and Unpleasant Taste
Yuck. So glad I ordered sample sizes before making a purchase based on the rave reviews on the website. I used only half a packet in my oatmeal and the overwhelming taste was of fake sweetener (the oatmeal went in the garbage). I wondered where this flavor could have come from since there were no ingredients I would recognize as a sweetener. Well, it turns out the second to last ingredient is "Rebaudioside A" described as "is a steviol glycoside from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana that is 240 times sweeter than sugar". Mystery solved. Also, note that the 5 star Trust Pilot reviews on the page for this supplement refer to pet food products. Maybe I should try those in my oatmeal?

My dog keeps having diarrhea on Life…
My dog keeps having diarrhea on Life abundance, I don’t recommend this dog food to anyone.

I ordered a large bag of the puppy…
I ordered a large bag of the puppy food. Which I have been doing for the last eight months that I have had my dog. I noticed that the food was dark brown as opposed to light brown. The puppy food was light brown, and the adult food was dark brown as I had a small bag of it from the breeder. I thought maybe you just change the color of the food. So I fed my dog the normal food from the bag. He was up all night with diarrhea, and I realized that I just gave him two full meals of a different food without adjusting it to his digestive system. The reason behind the occasionally different look is likely due to ingredient variations that can occur from batch to batch. Most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same. They do this because, just as with the foods we eat, recipes do not always yield a uniform result. Part of our commitment to you and your dog is to never add unnecessary ingredients for aesthetic reasons, like the appearance of the food. Typically however, this variation does not cause any GI disturbance. After looking at your account, we see our Customer Care team has issued a refund for this bag of food. We hope that your pup lives a long, happy and healthy life by your side!

Currently not happy with subscription…
Currently not happy with subscription service. I had it come early and then on date where it usually ships 2 days later you sent another order.. I was unable to cancel second order and email confirming 2nd order was sent in the middle of the night .. really not happy!!
