Thank you so much for your feedback! We can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations. We do appreciate you choosing Life's Abundance and hope your pup continues to enjoy their food and treats!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are happy to hear your pup is loving her kibble and treats. If your puppy loves the buffalo, we recommend you try the buffalo lungs. These treats are bigger than the meat strips so she may have an easier time consuming it. The porky puffs are definitely a great option, and you can opt into Autoship for these treats to take advantage of the savings. We are so sorry to hear that your shipping experience was not up to par. It is definitely frustrating when your product arrives damaged. While it may seem like shipping times are taking longer, we are still delivering products within 1-3 business days. We see that your recent order shipped on a Friday and delivered the following Tuesday. We can see how the addition of the weekend would make transit seem unusually long even though it is still two business days. We are so sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to par. We pride ourselves on great customer service, so it is unfortunate to hear about your situation. There was some conflicting package tracking information on our end, so we wanted to take the extra step to verify with you. We certainly did not intend to leave you feeling at fault, and hope your dog enjoyed the replacement bag that was sent out to you. As far as the price, we realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. As for the shipping cost, we can certainly understand your concerns. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times.
