Thank you for your feedback! As pet parents, finding a food that makes your dog's tail wag in anticipation is supremely satisfying and we're sorry to hear that your puppy isn't savoring their food. You can be assured of the premium nutrition in our All Life Stage dog food, and the guarantee it's backed by. Not only has it been tested for quality and safety, it's been through a feeding trial, the study held out by vets as a gold standard. Though this variety of our food might not be your puppy's favorite, it can be said that breeders have worked to become experts in their field. This expertise is gained over time (decades in many cases) and they often invest in products in search for the very best. Once they do find a trustworthy company with a product they feel confident to recommend and tie their own reputation to, the commission is just an added perk on top of the great results they get from the products. If you'd like to consider a return or replacement, please contact our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564.

Please accept our apology for taking a couple extra days to reply to your most recent email. We understand how frustrating it can be, especially when you're trying to get confirmation that something's been handled. As for our foods, though our kibble isn't oversized by any means, it can be surprising to learn that studies have shown that dogs of all sizes prefer larger pieces of kibble. Also, the chicken meal we use is simply chicken with the water removed, making it vastly more protein-dense than whole chicken. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the pace of growing your business with us, and we'll be here if you reconsider in the future.
