Extremely fast and efficient shipping.

Love the auto ship customer service! My dog enjoys the food and never has an upset tummy, which I enjoy! Thanks for a great product.

Great service

Our cats absolutely love this its a little absurd lol but in a great way! We get it delivered like clockwork and when we need to push a delivery back or get it sooner, it is super easy and takes me about 3-5 min to do it. 10/10 will continue to use

I was having trouble with logging into my account. The lady took care of that issue and helped me with my auto-replenishment as well. I also did not have to wait on the phone forever. I think other companies could learn from the hospitality and easiness of helping customers.
