If you haven't already, you can always try offering a few kibbles as treats to entice their appetite. Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear your dog didn't absolutely love his food. We are usually able to win over even the pickiest of pups! Generally speaking, dogs enjoy eating new foods. After the second or third day of a new diet, some pets may find the new food less exciting, and thus eat less voraciously. One thing you can do is try feeding him a kibble or two to entice him. Most dogs ONLY eat to meet their nutritional needs. That means that when they are not hungry, they don’t need or want food. If your dog is feeling well and refuses his food, you can always pick it up and save it for another meal! We hope this helps and that your pup lives a long, happy and healthy life by your side!

Thank you for your review. We assure you that taking our canned food off sale was not due to a recall. This was a necessary step to take as our manufacturer has been unable to meet our production quantity requests. We are so sorry to disappoint you, but we promise you that we are working as hard as we can to get things back to normal. Rest assured, if a problem were to ever arise with our products, we have a way of protecting and notifying customers. We know exactly who received which product, down to the lot number. In the event there is ever an issue with a product, our communications system allows us to contact all affected customers quickly. If you are looking for an alternative to canned foods, our kibble is still in stock. Since your pup is used to softer food, you can add a little water to the dry food to soften it up. If you were using the canned food as a mix-in, you can crush up our Turkey Hearts Freeze-Dried Treats or Buffalo Lungs and sprinkle it over the dry food. You can also use baby food as a mix-in. Moisten the kibble and mix it in as you would the canned food! Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, it was necessary for us to take this product off sale because our manufacturer has been unable to meet our production quantity requests. In the meantime, there are a few alternatives to the canned food. If you were using the canned food as a topper, you can use our Turkey Hearts Freeze-Dried Treats to crush into a powder that can be sprinkled over dry food. Our Buffalo Lungs are also a big hit with dogs. You can also use baby food as a mix-in. If you were using the canned food as their primary diet, you can always use kibble instead. For puppies, we recommend lightly softening it with water. We will update customers as soon as we know when the canned food will be available again. As a suggestion, you can try giving her a kibble or two as a treat to entice her appetite.
