Please know that we understand the inconvenience of not having access to all of the products you want. Like many businesses across all industries, we are in an unprecedented situation directly caused by the pandemic, and have had to make tough decisions. We are sorry that timing did not allow you the chance to join Autoship. As you have learned, those enrolled in this discount program have the additional benefit of already being in line to receive inventory when it becomes limited. This is the first time in over 20 years of business that we have had to do this. We completely understand your frustration and disappointment and are working hard to get things back to normal. In the meantime, as a suggestion, you can soften our premium kibble with a little bit of water or even use baby food as a mix-in. It's highly regulated, so a jar of chicken baby food is only chicken and usually avoids extra salt. Moisten the kibble and mix it in as you would the canned food! Thank you so much for your review and feedback! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. As for the shipping cost, we can certainly understand your concerns. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable. Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that your shipping experience has been less than satisfactory. After looking at your account to find out what happened with your package, it seems that a UPS mechanical failure had delayed your delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you and hope your furry friend is now enjoying their treats! In addition, it's definitely common for any of our water buffalo treats to have a strong aroma to them. As pet parents ourselves, we've noticed it too, so you're not alone! As for our canines, they absolutely love these wholesome treats even though we as discerning humans don't understand why. We hope your pup continues to enjoy them and that they live a long, happy life by your side.

Our dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, so the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed. Fortunately, we do have an Autoship program that allows you to save both time and money. Enrolling in the program gets you discounts on many of our products. We think this could be a great fit for you! As for the shipping cost, we can certainly understand your concerns. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time. Our products are made in frequent batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. In addition, there is a very good reason we do not sell our products in store. Unlike the vast majority of our competitors, we retain full control over our inventories. That's because we take product safety very seriously. At every stage - from production to packing to storage to shipping - we protect our products. Even though we've never had a product recall, we have a system in place should that ever occur. If a problem should arise, we can contact every shopper who purchased said product. Compare this to other companies, who make little or no effort to correct their mistakes. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give Life's Abundance another try to nourish your precious pup!

Thank you for your review! We are so sorry to disappoint you! Our canned food has been removed from our website in order to preserve inventory for current Autoship customers. This step is necessary as our manufacturer has been unable to meet our production quantity requests. We understand the frustration and are working hard to get things back to normal. In the meantime, as a suggestion, you can soften the kibble with a little bit of water or even use baby food as a mix-in.
