I think they have good customer service and the waiting time is pretty quick . Not a long hold time .

Food is great, as was delivery, BUT I am very disappointed that I was charged for what should have been “free samples”?!? While I like trying out new products, I do not want to be charged for something I didn’t order.

It is sometimes difficult to determine how many meals our dog gets out of one 20 pound bag. Is there an estimated number for this?

I am comfortable with my Birman kitties eating Life’s Abundance for all their lives, as it is a superior product. However, the bag they are just finishing has lots of crumbs, unlike any other bag I’ve received. As to delivery, Fed Ex left the box of food at the end of my walkway, in plain sight of anyone passing by.

I love the products I’ve purchased over the last 4 years for our two dachshunds. However the website is the worst I’ve encountered in recent years. It is super slow and very hard to get to the products I’m interested in. I hope they upgrade their IT department.

My dog is quite satisfied with the dry dog food that we order from you. HOWEVER, you changes your shipping from UPS to FED-EX and that has presented numerous delivery problems to our home address. UPS was MUCH BETTER!! So I'm changing my shipping address to my WORK address.

Great quality food. My dog has been in it her entire life. Anytime I switched she was not as healthy. To improve: The auto ship notices should go out sooner so there is time to change. You should also put offers together for loyal customers
