We completely understand your disappointment in not being able to get our canned foods. We’re disappointed too. Canned food manufacturing is experiencing significant challenges in ingredient supply. This is a direct result of pandemic-related supply chain disruptions. In other words, supply cannot keep up with demand. Unfortunately that means that, despite our best efforts, we will not be able to make these products widely available for quite some time. As far as toppers, a number of our treats (such as our Turkey Hearts Freeze-Dried Treats) are perfect for this. They are easy to crumble or crush into a powder that can be sprinkled over dry food. Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance to nourish your furry friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your puppy wasn't fond of the food. We are usually able to win over even the pickiest of pups! As a suggestion, you can always try feeding her a kibble or two as a treat to entice her. In addition, we completely understand your feelings about the recent price increase. Unfortunately, we are not immune to rising costs. To continue selling our products at last season's prices is simply unfeasible. So, implementing a modest price increase is a necessary step to help ensure that you continue to receive products of the highest quality and integrity that you have come to expect from us. We appreciate your feedback and continued business, and hope your pup lives a happy and healthy life by your side!

Thank you for your feedback! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ¼ cups. So, if both foods cost 65 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 96 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.46 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. In reference to our shipping boxes, we are so sorry to hear that it has not been up to par. It is definitely frustrating when your product arrives damaged. We can assure you that your package did not leave our warehouse in such condition. If at any time a product arrives damaged, please call our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 and we would be happy to replace it for you. We hope that you will give us another chance to prove to you that we can deliver excellent products and service each and every time you reach out to us!

Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear that your pup likes their kibble. We applaud you for looking after your puppy's safety as we always recommend pets be supervised when they enjoy treats. Our beloved single-ingredient dog treats retain many of their natural characteristics including size and shape. Because of this, and because they undergo minimal processing, there will be natural variation between each treat. We've put in a replacement order for the Water Buffalo Bully Sticks and hope these will exceed your expectations! Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance to nourish your furry friends!

Thank you for your feedback! We always appreciate the feedback from our valued customers. While it may seem like shipping times are taking longer, we are still delivering products within 1-3 business days. We see that your recent order shipped on a Friday and delivered the following Tuesday. We can see how the addition of the weekend would make transit seem unusually long even though it is still two business days. We pride ourselves on great service so we hope that you feel this through every experience you have with us well into the future! Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance!

Thank you for your review and feedback! We do have an Autoship program that allows you to place an order and then choose the recurring frequency at which you'd like to receive the goods. That way, you won't need to search for the products again. It is absolutely free to enroll and saves you both time and money. As a matter of fact we offer products at a discounted price to Autoship customers. In addition, we can certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. We are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service. Our products are made in frequent batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services and peace of mind you just don't get with those mega-corporations. Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance!
