We were customers of Life Abundance for years, then when our dog Corky developed kidney crystals, our Vet put her on a special Science Diet brand meal plan. Once the kidney issue resolved itself we again ordered Life Abundance. The 20-lb package that arrived had a different smell, and not a good one, from what we were used to. Corky developed diarrhea and vomited often on the Life Abundance. After giving sufficient time for Corky to become accustomed to the food, we gave up and returned to the Vet. The Vet has had us put Corky back on Science Diet, and she is now doing fin. The $50 or so, including shipping, for the Life Abundance was a disappointment, and financial loss. Janet Hartman told me that the BioCleanse was going to remove stains. No, it didn't work. She also let me know that it is great on tile and that it would clean my shower tile about spraying it on and letting it sit. No, didn't work. I will not be continuing with the product.

Frequent issues with shipping. Broken bags, broken bottles... new items are sent but 80% of my packages have issues.

Shipping packaging needs improvement. Received shipments where cans were dented, and some even opened

I have been doing business with life’s abundance for over 3 years I use it to get my puppies off to a great start. This last year the reps keep sending me Reg food instead of the no grains I always buy. Anyway I call to tell them I realized again they sent me Reg all stages and because of the colors bags being so close In colors I feed them this food and they had diarrhea . To make a long story short ... 1st issue I had to wait to start feeding my puppies for 2 more days.. 2nd they were more concerned with fees rather then to try and get my puppy food out the same day. 3rd the reps are not as professional as previous they make me responsible for their mess ups ... 4th they give me they wrong food I have to Pay for shipping and they credit me back for dog food only.5th I refer 20-30 people a year no much but I let my customers know how great life’s abundance food is . Please allow us the courtesy we deserve as customers so we can continue to say how great life’s abundance is.

My cat didn’t like the food- she is picky Going to return it I discovered it was going to cost me almost the cost of the food in postage I am disappointed and will donate food

I am upset that the nice, large dog food bag, with the zip closure has been replaced with one that is not only very difficult to open, but will not keep the food fresh like the previous bag. The clip sent with the new bag is not effective in closing a bag as large and thick as these dog food bags.

My 10 month old puppy came from a breeder here in Indiana already on the food. I kepted him on it and recently discovered he has a food allergy to chicken. I didn't know that most dogs are allergic to beef and chicken. Talk about hundreds of dollars later in vet bill's. All of your products contain chicken and emailed you guys about returning a auto ship order or refund and haven't heard back in over a week. So $100.00 down the drain because my pup can't have any of it. On a side note I love the quality but can no longer be a customer. I will no longer recommend LA.
