Overall, I have been pleased with your products and shipping. I couldn’t give 5 stars because this last shipment I received, my 40 lb. dog food bag had a large rip in it and it was ripped open in the shipping box.

we have used since we got Bingo and Grace W recommended…it has been convenient and the dogs like it!They are very kind on phone when i need to change deliveries and prices haven’t been crazy increasing!very happy with them.

The autoship works great. I do not have to worry about running out. The dogs like the food. I feel the expense is worth the quality.

I have been been getting Life's Abundance dog food for over 13 years straight. My dogs are healthy. I am pleased with the dog food. The reminders that are sent reminding a shipment is due to send out is very helpful. When I make a change to the shipment date it is very easy to do. I would rate this a perfect score except there are no perks for continued orders. It would be nice, perhaps at Christmas time, to get a coupon for a one time discount or something.

The company has excellent customer service. The only negative is the cost of the food.

The food comes when it is scheduled. I always have it a few days after the order is placed. My dog has been the same weight since from about 1-9.5 years. I wish the autoship had a longer duration. I always have to add a few weeks because that’s how my dog eats.

I can't say that I've not been happy with the dog kibbles that I've gotten but I do wish they came in beef flavor. It would be really nice to switch off and on so our poor pup doesn't get bored eating the same flavor but since you don't have it I can't do that for him. Hoping one day you start making beef flavor!! PLEASE?!!
