Unfortunately though the products have never had any major problems I see some serious decline in the products and service. It is the second time I have had to reach out due to product issues. Most recent is my order of 24 cans of the pork venison canned food for dogs. 8 of the cans had serious dents that have broken the seals where food has leaked out and dried up.

My dogs have been on the Adult Grain Free for over a year and still love it. However, I recently started my older dog on the Weight control variety. He reluctantly ate it at first, but it grew on him. We finished the first bag and ordered a second. The day after his first dinner with the new bag, my dog was uncharacteristically lethargic. He ate his dinner, but vomited in the night. Usually he heaves a bit but in this case, one second he was still/asleep and the next he was gurgling up his dinner. Dogs vomit occasionally so didn't think much of it. Fed him from the new bag of food again. Again, about 6 hour later an urgent vomit episode. Swapped him to chicken and rice and he's doing fine, but unfortunately, I am suspicious of the food and that something change. If you are feeding it, just be aware. My only intention of this post is to flag if anyone else is having a similar experience.

Our food is produced in relatively small batches and does contain ingredients that can cause expected slight variations in aroma, texture, and color. Most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same, but part of our commitment to you and your companion animal is to never add unnecessary ingredients for aesthetic reasons. Outside of the G.I. symptoms that can sometimes come with a change in diet, any form of illness is by no means a normal occurrence resulting from regular feeding conditions. We take all reports of adverse, or suspected adverse reactions very seriously. If you truly think that a Life's Abundance diet contributed to your dogs’ sickness, please report it to our Customer Care team so we can investigate fully. I know many dogs do very well on. Life’s Abundance. The breeder of my pups uses it and all of her pups have gorgeous coats and are full off energy. I have been told by many, many people that if that is all they are served, they will eat it. But my dogs are hungry and getting into all kinds of non-edibles to have something in their bellies. My dogs just don’t like it cans that is a shame as I do believe it to be good quality food.

Our dog likes the food, it’s obviously high quality, customer service always friendly and efficient, shipping is prompt. The nearly 17% price increase since my last order (two months ago) is an issue. Can’t order larger quantity. Our dog is too small so freshness becomes an issue. I’ll explore other high quality options.

The shipping cost is way too high! If I sign up for autoship I believe the shipping charges should be waived. I will not be ordering again

We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety, and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

Please help me!!! I know this is great, healthy food, my indoor boys sneak this food sparingly, since I feed them a completely commercial made raw or home made raw diet but I can't help when they sneak a piece ofyour dried food, or your treats. My previous Siamese family had horrible health problems, all succumbing to renal failure from being fed 'commercial food' and due to inbreeding, at a very early age, My boys are omnivores, so I don't want to take a chance with "commercial food". I believe raw is best, and I like being able to make the particular diets my Thai boys are very happy and healthy with. I bougt the dried and canned food for my 5 feral colony; but I am at wits end with my them! They love the "cheap, unhealthy" food with unhealthy cat ingredients, and I am close to tears. Two babies have hot spots, the others are thin a dn sniff at the dried food and walk away. In the meantime, I have ants, yellow-jackets and flies feasting on this food. At night, the possums, raccoons, foxes and deer come and eat this food. I'm happy someone is eating this, but need something for my feral colony! Please help me and my ferals. I hate feeding them unhealthy food ie: with Friskies and Purina, which contribute to the hotspots, obesity, and renal issues.
