While we do not provide free shipping on orders, it's possible to save money by ordering more products less often. For instance, ordering one bag of dog food each month will cost $8.85 in shipping. However, if you order two bags every two months, it still costs only $8.85 shipping. Additionally, our Autoship program provides a discount on product pricing as well. We're disappointed too, that a long series of pandemic-related supply chain conditions caused this interruption. In good news, we're making progress on offering our premium canned recipes again in the future, and though timelines are hard to predict, our sights are set on late 2023. It pains us that we’ve been unable to offer our canned foods to you for a time, but we’re not taking any shortcuts in this process because we’re committed to ensuring that the products we offer, and every step leading to their production, meet or exceed our standards for safety and quality. Thank you so much for sharing your concerns with us, both here and directly through Customer Care. We appreciate your trust in us to get to the bottom of your concern. You'll be happy to know that pest control is an important part of our manufacturing and storage protocols. There are even traps set for storage mites at the manufacturer. Upon investigation (thank you for allowing us the time to thoroughly investigate), there is no record of having mites at the facility, and we have not received any other complaints regarding mites. Pest control is in addition to the detailed ingredient and finished product screening and testing that also happens. While it's not clear what in their environment may have caused your dog's uncomfortable reaction, we hope that with this additional information you feel confident in continuing to feed Lamb Meal & Brown Rice to your precious pup.

We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and retail stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Thank your for your comments. We take great pride in our quality control, a big part of which depends on the valuable feedback from pet parents just like you. We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your latest bag of Water Buffalo Bully Sticks. Due to the mere nature of the product, there is no way to standardize the width of each singular product. Since these are natural, single-ingredient treats that are minimally processed, there are going to be variations in aroma, texture, size, and color even before our manufacturer begins to process them. Additionally, this manufacturer was selected based on their integrity and having an excellent quality control program which includes their certifications by two major food safety organizations, SGS and NSF. If you haven't already please contact Customer Care at 877-387-4564, Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm ET and they will be happy to help you arrange for a return or replacement.

We can assure you that your package did not leave our warehouse in such condition. If at any point your product is damaged or missing, please call our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 and we would be happy to replace the product. In regards to the canned food, we understand the frustration in not being able to order it. We look forward to offering our canned recipes again in the future and we’re making progress in this direction. Like all of our foods, our canned recipes are our own unique formulations that cannot be found elsewhere. It pains us that we’re unable to offer this item to you for a period of time, but we’re not taking any shortcuts in this process and are committed to ensuring that the products we offer, and every step leading to their production, meet or exceed our standards for safety and quality.
