I wish they made a weight controlled can cat food for cats.

I've not had any issues with Life's Abundance. Navigating the website, changing delivery schedules, and using automatic payment options has worked out great for me. Never any hiccups. The email reminders are great too so I know to look out for a package.

I started using Life's Abundance vitamins at the recommendation of the dog trainer where we attended training. Jake is an older and large breed with hip issues. I began him on the Agility and also the vitamins. I noticed a significant difference. He's much more limber and has less discomfort. He is on a relatively small amount of Rimadyl (it was reduced after I started using Agility) and also on other natural anti-inflammatories, but I definitely would never take him off the Agility. We also adopted a second dog a year after we adopted Jake. Amber is smaller, but has had some broken bones early in her life. I give her the same vitamins and she's also doing really well. The autoship is great. My one suggestion would be to have larger bottle sizes for the vitamins. I can get the 120 ct. for the Agility, but have to buy 2 bottles for the same amount. Havinga 180 ct would be wonderful.

I've been ordering fish oil capsules from Life's Abundance for about 3 or 4 years. Customer support is good, and when I need them to delay an order for a few days, it's very easy to get them to do so. I would say their fish oil is higher quality than other ones I've tried, but it is pricey too.

I notified the company and issue was sent on to their quality control department. Given the price of the product, I would have thought the company would offer to replace or refund at least part of my order.

I have been giving my cats Life's Abundance for years and am very happy with their state of health. The service is very reliable and responsive to my special requests when needed. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is their habit of charging my card before they notify me of their shipment of my subscription. Sometimes I don't want the next delivery yet, and I'd like the opportunity to say so.

My dog and I love the product. Customer service rates in the 95th percentile or higher, they are outstanding, and the ease of changing my on-line auto-ship data is wonderful. Only quibble is that one diet food shipment had what looked like the regular product. I'm familiar with the slightly different kibble in the regular, because I started on that, but changed to the 'light' version when my vet reprimanded me for allowing my chihuahua to become overweight, and have been very pleased with the subsequent weight management improvements. Customer service response about my concerns was, once again, terrific. Offered to immediately replace the bag in question with another, no charge, but expressed doubt that the bag had been improperly filled. I decided to keep the delivery; next and subsequent bags received to date are back to the "light" product appearance, so I'm not going to sweat the small stuff. Oh, and perhaps because they are based in the state where I live, delivery time is the fastest of any e-tail purchase I make (and I make dozens of on-line purchases a month from a wide variety of vendors.) My sister distributes the product, and I initiated the auto-ship order through her website. The founder is a woman vet, so I get a great product while helping my extended family and supporting women entrepreneurs. For a tired old white male in retirement, patronizing this business is a feminist jackpot. I hope God will remember my choices when She decides where to put me when I turn up my toes LOL!

I have been using Life's Abundance for about 3+, the price for their food is getting higher and higher with each order. The product is great but the prices need to calm down, it'll only do a company when general public can afford it.
