Thank you for your feedback and for your business. Absolutely no disrespect is intended in regards to the capitalization of customer names. The names on your account are in all caps, so we will look into this to identify any inconsistencies. As for tracking information, you'll like to know that we've made improvements recently, so now instead of getting a tracking email when your shipment is picked up from our warehouse, you receive it within seconds of the label being printed. We hope you'll enjoy this new feature. Also, if we had our way, we'd be able to maintain our unwavering commitment to premium quality without changing prices. But, prices have gone up and must be passed along to consumers. This is the most honest and transparent way to address this reality. We haven’t compromised our products' quality, ingredients, or sizing. Instead, we've maintained the same premium ingredients while keeping prices reasonable, delivering true value for your dollar. Thank you for your comments. We're glad your dog is enjoying the products. Like you, we understand the value of a dollar, and realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. The most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is to compare the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Since our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. We're sorry that we left you feeling unheard. We weren't able to find any record of your comments to us, but can share that the food you're feeding your puppy hasn't changed. By their nature, sometimes the ingredients themselves can vary slightly in moisture content or consistency. But this would not result in significant changes in the toughness of the food. Also, our foods can be lightly moistened, but soaking the food is not recommended as it will not give the result that you may be looking for. We'd love to help you troubleshoot this.
