We finally bought our ionizer from this company after contemplating and doing research about their machine for 8 months. I inquired through their chat service. They remembered from the first time I asked September 2016 to April 2017 when we bought the ionizer. Customer service is fantastic. They were very patient. The process was fast. We had trouble with the filter shell and they sent the replacement right away without any fees. With the machine, I am now comfortable drinking our water. It is delicious! I am using it to everything. It will be useful/convenient if they will have a technician available or a shop in our area if something happened with the machine so we don't have to bring it to their office or send it to them. They said it never, or very rare it happened. And this is the only reason why I am giving them 4 stars. Given this explanation, I guess that only means that their machine is the best!

it is a great machine for if your water and HP water I believe it does affect the body when you drink for a period of time I don't know how ideas for a long time maybe I will find out I would have more outlook in with you to put it

No room in my fridge for a big pitcher. I really appreciate my Life Ionizer for its versatility and keeps water access at the sink, where it belongs.

I have had my Life Ionizer since about 2011 ! I bought it because of helping you to maybe fight the free radicals that can cause Cancer! My son was 2007 lbs & I was 180 lbs , We started drinking the water like the instructions said & we couldn't believe the amount of weight we lost ! It completely changed our lives. My son lost from 207 lbs down to 150 lbs within a couple of months & I lost from 180 lbs down to about 160 lbs. It has kept our PH Level in check, quinces your thirst , keeps you hydrated , gives you a sense of well being! It has been the best thing that has ever happened to my family! Awesome Health Water! Have been using the ionizer for approx. 6 mos. the taste of the water is much more crisp & clearer now. We like the features of changing the ionization and alkaline levels We are very happy with ionizer so far, it is keeping us healthy! John & Marlene Anderson.

The Life Ionizers is a Life preserver/sustainer. We use the water from this equipment for many uses from cooking to health uses. From a Naturopathy stand point I recommend the Life Ionizer.

We purchased an under counter model in April 2017 and have been happy with our purchase. There was some adjustments to be made given the water ph in our area and we got helpful assistance from customer service. If issues come up it is good to know we will be able to work with customer service. Our salesperson Will was helpful and knowledgeable and was great with explaining about the machine and kept us in the loop on the delivery.
