i brought my Life Ionizer with me to Constansta Romania and it has been a god send, the Ionizer makes a big differance in the quality of water here in Romania. awesome.

We have an mxl11 and are very pleased with this filter. I personally haved noticed a change in my bp after drinking this water. I would give a 5 star except that the customer service was terrible with the exception of rep "Tania".... a 5 star rep amongst 2 star reps....thanks you Tania

They said it would be about 3 weeks from purchase to shipping. At first it looked like there was a problem but I recieved a call from their tech department earlier this afternoon explaining a hiccup with shipping inspection backlog at the Port of entry. The problem was resolved in a professional and quite acceptable manner and what was, at first, a poor rating is now a pretty good rating. I can say the review process is very important to Life Ionizers. My confidence is restored! Thank you!

Great product, and great customer service. It took longer than expected for delivery. But, the process was communicated to me. I also like how much the customer service representatives communicated with me, long after the device was paid for.

I purchased , Water Ionizer Molecular Hydrogen Machine on APR 16,I just got it today ,looks good ,but I have to wait to install for 3 more days ,I hope everything is going to be good .

We have been very pleased with this company. We had an issue with shipping of filters earlier this year but after speaking with the manager, they have gone out of their way to rectify the problems. Our machine is up & running again and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to the manager for your help - we really appreciate it!

Life ionizers are great! I have the m11 for 4 years now and it does wonders to my health! I’m on the verge of diabetes 4 years ago. I heard that alkaline water will help with blood sugars, so I purchased one. After 2 months of drinking alkaline water consistently I went to do a blood test! The result came back normal! I kid you not! Doctor asked if I changed my diet? No I just drank alkaline water. From then on I know it works for me!

Aloha everyone! We got our ionizer a couple of months ago and have truly recognized the difference. Prior to getting one, we could smell and even taste the chlorine in our tap water and we now drink from the tap with no reservations. We’ve noticed even more energy in ourselves throughout the day from drinking more water and have a sense of peace knowing we are boosting our immune systems, neither of us got sick this flu season too! We own our own business so don’t have time to exercise much and no time to always prepare healthy meals with fresh veggies so knowing the ionizer is providing greater alkalinity to our bodies since we don’t do it through diet and exercise is one of the other things I love about having it. Customer service is also good, they took the time to explain it since it is a bit of an investment and even called to ensure we got it since it was shipped alllll the way to Hawaii!
