I needed my filters changed. Last time I called a plumber it was @150.00. I decided to do it myself so I called Tania, and she emailed me very simple instructions. Wow I could not believe it I proceeded to follow instructions, and mission accomplished. I appreciated the help and guidance of Tania/tech and it was very simple. I am not a plumber, and if I can do it, You most certainly can. Now I have my Awesome#1 Life Ionizer MX Water PH level back and on the road to excellent health. My health has greatly improved noticing especially sleeping, more energy and just knowing the Purity of my water that I am drinking. I highly recommend this Life Ionizer to anyone who wants excellent health.

I’ve had the MXL 11 about a year. Made the purchase after researching the ionizer field extensively. So glad I found Life Ionizers! The machine is magnificent. Proud to display it on my counter. It is an integral part of my medical concerns. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Currently I am in remission. I need say no more! Thanks.

I’ve been so impressed with customer service by Life Ionizers! I had my first Life Ionizer machine for over 7 years before I had to have it serviced for FREE (I only had to pay for S&H) and got my machine back in less than 10 days. During the time it was in for maintenance, I was continually at store getting bottles of alkaline water - that’s how much I missed drinking my alkaline water! The next year I decided to upgrade to a new machine and also invest in the above sink faucet and love it! Recently I got a warning message to replace a filter and called them immediately because I currently have cancer again and must have my alkaline water to help cure me. Thanks again to Life Ionizer’s customer service, especially Tania, who is helping expedite a replacement filter so I can use my alkaline machine again!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the performance of my M11 Life Ionizer! It removes over 95% of harmful contaminants that are in the water in my area. The machine has worked flawlessly by doing the maintenance program and changing the filters regularly.
