These ionizers are a great product for the money. The only negative is that the replacement filters take over a month to receive after ordering.

We love the MXL 9 that we have. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because it can take a while to get the replacement filters. These come come from Korea. Perhaps the COVID-19 issue is affecting things. But I thought there would have been enough stock on hand for a faster delivery.

This rating is because this order started problematically, but was eventually resolved. I purchased a RO water filtration system, installed by a plumber. However, there was an issue with the water pressure. He said that the unit isn't workable, so I requested a refund. It was very difficult to reach someone for the return. Eventually, I finally heard from Paul in tech support. He listened to my issue and suggested some trouble shooting. However, it wasn't feasible to spend even more money to have a plumber out again. So Paul was kind enough to assist me in getting a refund. I appreciate that he followed through! Customer satisfaction is key to any business. During this time especially, it is my hope that anyone else who has an issue with a product will be heard and accommodated in the way that Paul assisted me. Thank you Paul for making things right! I really appreciate it!

I have had ionizer first a year. I love The ease of having alkaline water as well as acidic water at my fingertips. Makes me feel good as a mom to be able to give this to my children. I haven’t experienced any great amazing health benefits like I thought I might, but we eat pretty clean so it may not be drastic, but I know I’m doing something good for everyone.

Great machine. I love the water and use it everyday rather than tap or bottle water.

I have no problems with my Life Ionizer, and I am happy with my purchase. The only reason I left off a star is because it takes months for them to deliver filters/replacement parts after you order them. Months, people. Still, no regrets. I just (re)order early.

The estimated 3-4 week delivery for my filters took over 11 weeks. This left my water ionizer out of commission for the same amount of time. I had to take the filters out for vacation and upon returning my filter 1 could no longer be used despite still having time left on it prior to taking it out of the ionizer. The ionizer has now been working for a week and the water tastes great but I am concerned about growth in my pre-filters since they were left unused under the sink. UPDATE**The evening I wrote this review customer service called me to let me know they were shipping out prefilters to replace the ones that sat during the time my ionizer was out of commission. I have changed my 3 star rating to 4 stars because of their prompt response and follow up.
