I have been waiting over 5 months for a full house water system plus an under the counter ionizer. I paid $5000 over the phone to Thai. Without so much as an invoice he charged my card. I waited for updates, nothing. I called a few weeks later to ask if I would get an invoice or receipt. Tania tells me Thai the salesman never even bothered to place my order after charging me. She then looks everything up and places the order. I then get an email from someone else with my invoice and installation instruction when I paid extra for a plumber to install it. Thai salesman spoke to me that one time on the phone to take my money then never again, not even a returned phone call after leaving him a message. I called the office and some guy claims my order has been ready for install and gives me the plumbers info. This plumber lives and works over 4 hours away. They told me it would be a local plumber, but aside from that the plumber asks if I received my products yet. I said I thought they shipped them to you?? I dont have a damn thing from them. It's now been over a month since contacting the plumber, and nothing. No ship date no tracking number, no product, no install date. I am filing a claim with my bank to get my $5000 back for failure of service and never delivering my order. I tried to be patient due to COVID, but after reading other reviews of the same crappy customer service and people not getting items they order I am officially over it. Waiting over 5 mo this for an update and over 1 month working with the plumber via text messaging I am now done with this company. I do not recommend.

Quick to take your money but slow to rectify any issues you may have with your expensive ionizer. My experience with this company has been bad from the start but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I bought an MXL-9 water ionizer in 2019. The machine took several months to deliver. I was only able to use the machine for 3 months before being sent in for repair to the, at the time, Australian representative. The machine was sent in September 2019. It is now July 2020, nothing has been done to rectify my issue after countless emails and communications with numerous staff at this company. After promises of being sent a replacement machine, there was no follow up for over a month. Stay away if you value your time and money. Do not consider this sham and look elsewhere for your water needs.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. As a customer of 9 years their sales service have been so poor. Explain to me why anyone should have to wait over 8 weeks and still counting for my filters to be delivered. And then they don't even send you an order confirmation, charge your credit card and say that they don't have an order from you. I've had such struggles ordering my filter replacement the last 2 years it's ridiculous that a customer have to go through this after investing so much in an ionizer. Save yourself the headache and order from a different company who can provide proper customer service.

we have had the life ionizer m11, next generation, very un happy with the service, I called to speak the technical support about 10 times , no body has returned my call, if l had known I would have never bought this machine ,paid $2500, for it the service is terrible, we love the machine , service is really, really bad.

I have my Life Ionizers MXL 15 and from the beginning my Life Ionizers not working and I'm still waiting to be replaced but still Nothing ,DON'T BUYING from them :((, so disappoint and terrible customer service !

I am very indignant that it is impossible to get filters for replacement in a real short time! I placed an order for 2 filters at the end of December 2019 and today, February 2020, I did not receive my order! They send me some explanation about the delay, but I'm not interested! I believe that this is a bad work with clients, you can not force the client to wait more than 2 months to receive the product !!!

I've called twice to get help from tech no call back! 9200 series. They need much better support.

I like the Water Ionizer but ordering filters has become a nightmare over the past few years, our latest order was taken and paid for in August 2019 it is now November 27th 2019 and i have still not received them, i called 3 weeks ago and was told they had arrived in stock and would be shipped immediately, i called today as was told they would ship them tomorrow... What can i say other than Wow!
