My family and I have been using Lifeionisers for last 6 years and today , I have upgraded to the newer one. Mr. Ricardo Lopez I have known for the last 6 years and has always helped and guided me whenever I need help and has walked my plumber and us to do the correct connections. He always guides us and is very patient. When we got our first lifeioniser. Our dog Toby was showing arthritic changes and he was 12 years of age. He was a combination of German Shepherd with Golden Retriever and Labrador. I started him on the alkaline water and within a week, his behavior changed. He was a puppy again and did not squeal when he was hugged. This convinced me that Alkaline water is excellent for our health. I recommend getting help from Mr. Lopez. Every time, I have asked for help, he has always guided and helped me selflessly.

The life ionizer company has fantastic customer service. If I have a question, customer service is there to answer as well as explain all options. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I met with Mary in your customer service department via your chat utility. I found Mary to be not only professional but extremely personal as well. I experienced some difficulty after running the cleaning/de-scaling process and within seconds, Mary gave me instructions that has my MXL-15 up and running like new! Hello, everyone. I'd like to share with you my experience with this wonderful machine. Not just machine. If you get them for your family, trust me, it works 100%. I purchased mine in June 2016. M13 Next Generation. Since then, I have used everything on ( drinking, cooking, and disinfecting dishes, and even when I get sick, I use Acidic #3 to wash out nose and throat. I also like to make coffee with alkaline water it is perfect coffee. Customer Service is bomb. Especially Brian Keene. He is knowledgeable and helpful on any questions you have. OK, that is it. I wish you all stay healthy and beautiful life.

Great customer service! I purchased my life ionizer 9200 several years ago. Other than the filters needing to be changed regularly, I absolutely love my machine! Crisp, clean water that tastes delicious and hydrates quickly!

I have been using an Enagic/Kangen machine for over 10yrs (it finally blew up) and after careful study and review I purchased the Life Ionizer machine. My overall experience from day 1 is phenomenal with customer service. James and Ricardo) answered all my questions and concerns for making the switch. The machine is designed so much better and easy to use. No chemical additives and 15 plates is what sold me. Besides also the taste of the water. Easy to set up and the versatility of either over or under counter (at any time) is good. Price comparison is also a big factor. Receiving a customer service call from Ricardo to check on my liking of the machine was a big surprise and he had additional good tips for collecting the highest level acid water after a few questions. Hands down...a better, updated machine with cost savings. And much more reasonable filter costs. And the Lifetime Warranty...a big winner. LIFE IONIZER is my NEW and HIGHLY RECCOMENDED machine! No regrets.

We bought our life ionizer about 18 months ago. Up until the point we got it my family was going through about 13 Five-Gallon jugs of purified water every month. The life filtration system has been really terrific. We use it for drinking, for cleaning fetus and vegetables and it has been worth every penny.
