Ironically I agree with both of the past 2 reviews. The water bottle is great! Unfortunately they sent me a different size bottle from what I ordered. Even the paperwork included shows the right size but the bottle was wrong. I now can NOT get ahold of them at all! They answer NO emails or calls. A good product doesn’t make up for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Best water bottle I ever bought and I've bought alot of different ones this water bottle from LIFEFACTORY is made exceptionally well the cost was great what I paid for two of their bottles wouldn't cover one of other junk that I have bought so thank you Lifefactory you have a customer 4 life :):)

I was send from Babylist.com to add to my purchases from a baby shower list. Lifefactory mishandled my shipping but fast to charging my credit card. The customer service is awful! They will hold my refund for 10 days. I wasted my time going to this place. Buyer be aware DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
