I had difficulty finding a particular supplement through my regular supplier, so I thought I would give Life Enthusiast a try. Today I received a notification that my supplement had shipped - 10 days AFTER I placed the order. Five to seven day shipping. Almost three weeks to receive an order? No thanks. Not again.

I placed an order on 9/06 Received no shipping confirmation or any communication from Life Enthusiast post order confirmation. No response to email sent on 9/13 (until right after the chat on 9/22) I finally reached out to via chat on 9/22 and they told me that they do not have the product and had no ETA on when it would be available. No apology offered and customer service representative attempted to guilt me out of cancelling by saying that would not be "putting myself ahead." Completely inappropriate. They should not be selling products they don't have. At the very least, they need to communicate with customers if they make a mistake.

Last order #99941 (2020-10-09) of Exsula Superfoods Strata-Flora - Powder: 340g/12.0oz and Exsula Superfoods Strata-Flora - Powder: 115g/4oz delivering failed. No anwser why. Address was correct. Looks like some zoll issue. I am still waiting (2021-06-22) for company send twis again or refund back me money. But nothing is happend. Since April 2021 no reaction of my mails.

This is for an order shipped to Germany. We refunded the payment. Based on this experience we decided that we will no longer ship to Germany. If someone wants to order from us, they can get an account with Shipito and let them handle the import issues.
