The show that I was listening to is now on You Tube and so that is where I watch it.

I had been having a particular issue with listeners and potential clients being unable to locate my podcast with my former hosting platform. I resolved to finally find the need to move my entire podcast, Voices from the Other Side, over to LibSyn and I knew instantly I made the correct decision, The support I received from Adam was second to none and all issues and concerns I had regarding the move have been successfully resolved, with very clear instructions on how to accomplish a migration of such magnitude! Podcast episode did not automatically upload to Spotify. Ashley helped me with the issue and resolved it quickly.

I've been a customer of Libsyn for three years now and I don't regret it. Amazing customer service and the very few times there has been an issue, their tech help team has fixed it ASAP. I recommend Libsyn to anyone looking at starting a podcast.

I’ve been using Libsyn since 2016 for my weekly podcast. I had a difficulty this week using the new version 5 I couldn’t seem to change the time a future episode would be broadcasted. Totally stumped. Emailed support & not only did I get a nice friendly reply I also was sent a little video explaining the steps needed. Top Prize ! Managed to sort everything out! I have used their support a few times over the years & my issues have always been resolved. I love the site/app as well as the service. :) happy customer 😁
