It’s been very easy to navigate. As I continue to grow there’s a monetary side I would like to take advantage of. This was all made possible because I took a podcast course by Ivey Media Podcast.

Great site even for a new user who is not very high tech.

I appreciated the feedback. It seems like a waste of opportunity for you all, though, as the feature I was asking for (dynamic pre/post roll)is easily accessible and much cheaper and transparent as to the cost with your competitor buzzsprout. My impression is that innovation is not top of mind with Libsyn. The features I need, value, transparent pricing and ease of use makes it a no brainer for me to move to Buzzsprout.

I've been with Libsyn at five different stops in my career since 2006 or 2007. With every new job in communications, I eventually manage to start a podcast there, and every time, I go to Libsyn without even bothering to look at alternatives, because of their rock-solid service, their super-attentive (and seldom needed) customer service, and their constant innovation.

Libsyn is absolutely the best Podcast host! From stats to customer service, you are not going to find a better one! I like it so much, I named my dog Libsyn! I’ve been with them for 5 years and I’ve never had a problem. With plans starting at only five dollars you just can’t go wrong (but I would recommend getting a higher plan with some great stats.)
