Hello Charles, Thank you for your review. This is an organic supplement so it does have a strong taste, that is why we have you mix it with 2oz of water or juice. Like any herbal product it isn't a quick fix like a synthetic drug, it has to be taken daily to progress in your system to get the maximum results.

We have free shipping for our customers convenience, but we ask to give it 5-7 business days as we have no control over the postal service. This is an Organic herbal supplement that has to be taken daily and get into your system at least 7-10 days. We encourage you to take the specified dosage for maximum results.
