The overall experience I will have to give 4 stars. The product itself I will give 5 stars and delivery or arrival of the product I will give 3 stars because of the tardiness. That is how I come up with the 4 star rating and had the product came when it was supposed to I would have given a 5 star rating

This company does not communicate about orders. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried to call customer service and reach out about my order status. No one has responded. I’ve left multiple messages. No one has responded. I placed my order a week ago, no order confirmation but the money was taken out my account. I have no shipping information or tracking information.

I ordered two sizes that I normally wear and neither of them fit. I tried calling and couldn't reach anyone, I had to pay to return them.I reordered with the same result.

I received my package and it didn't take long for me to get them. I was searching for another pair of grey shoes, I have a pair of shoes but I wanted a pair of chukkas, and when I saw these shoes and saw that they were leather I had to have them.

The selection process was very user friendly and I got my order delivered in what I would consider "record time". In addition the items received were exactly how they were pictured. I will be ordering addition shoes from you guys. Thank You.
