Bought 3 games to get their discount. Was quoted $34, they charged my paypal $49 $9 of it was a tax. As soon as I saw the charge was wrong I had a bad feeling. Tried to cancel the order with the company- no response, next day received an email that it shipped (from spain?! I had no idea.) It's been a little over three weeks, I have tried to dispute through paypal and they denied it saying it wasn't a billing error. Still cant get info from company and no product. Next I'll have to go through my credit card to dipute, absolute waste of time and energy.

Ordered three flashing balls with little fans inside. Cool toy. Price was supposed to be $35.85 USD and they sent an email saying "Your payment of USD 43.02 has been approved." They would not reply as to why the wrong amount was charged and of course this was not fixed. When the package arrived it was the most destroyed box you can imagine. One ball was dented and one won't charge at all. So I got one product in good condition for the price of three. Oof. I feel like an idiot. They won't send new ones or refund, apparently. Don't buy from this company.

Do not Trust this company! I purchased a product from them which was a set of insulated flees laggings for my wife. We checked there measurement instructions before ordering to pick the right size. When the item arrived there was a number of problems. First, it was way to small like have the size it should have been. And the quality of the materials did not match the add and picture they had on Facebook. Much lower quality they advertised and way to high a price for the poor materials used! I contacted them for support and to get at lease an exchange for the right sized item. They did get back to me, but refused to exchange the item and then offered me a $3.00 refund which is a joke on a almost $40 purchase! I save your money and don't purchase from this Company!
