Returned product, refund delayed by their processing
I returned FL‑41 glasses to Liberty Health Supply, and they received them on July 30. I was told refunds take 3–5 business days, but Liberty waited until the 5th day to even start processing it. Now I’ve been told to expect another 3–5 business days for the refund to post — even though my bank usually posts refunds very quickly. So I've been stuck waiting over a week to get my money back, through no fault of my own. I paid for return shipping, followed all their instructions, and still had to follow up myself to get the refund issued. This return process was slow and frustrating. Just be aware: if you need to return anything, you’ll wait a while to get your money back.
