I've only been buying gold and silver for about a month, but in that time, Liberty Coin has consistently come up in many of my searches as a price leader. They don't overchare for paypal like most vendors do, so you can actually get a little bit of a discount with your 3 or 4 percent cash back, instead of messing with wires and ACH's.
