I sent my DD214 and drivers license
I sent my DD214 and drivers license. My order was approved, then cancelled. Then you expected me to waste money on a wire transfer? Your company is inept and has wasted my time. I've moved forward with other companies and they will continue to profit from me. I've told family, friends and several other investors to look elsewhere, as your company is not to be trusted. Good riddance....

We apologize, but this order and payment were flagged for unauthorized use. We requested documentation, but the information provided could not be verified. As a result, the order was cancelled, and the payment was refunded.

We do thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You masked the shipping address on this order to ship to a restricted Postal Annex therefore an investigation must be conducted. We would have liked to have refunded you however you opened a PayPal case. When a PayPal case is open the seller is not able to refund the order until PayPal concludes their case investigation. Had that PayPal case not been open we would have issued a refund.

order cancelled for no reason after payment was approved
i made a purchase of PAMP GOLD BULLION, using my credit card, payment was approved and i was waiting to get a tracking number, after 12 hours from purchase i received emails that my order was cancelled and a refund was issued, for NO reason. now waiting to get my refund back on my credit card, will take about 5 to 7 business days. first and last time i buy from this store. Next time you suspect a fraud, for new customers, you can avoid that by stating the following on your website: " FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, PLEASE CALL US DURING BUSINESS HOURS SO WE CAN VERIFY YOU WITH A PICTURE IDENTIFICATION TO PREVENT ORDER CANCELLATION WITH OUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT" It would be better than charging a credit card and accusing someone of committing a fraud ... with all the hassle of waiting to get money back into customers credit card account we have to wait at least 5 business , don't you think it's a good suggestion, for the future? otherwise people will do the same with you and accusing you of defrauding them by cancelling their orders in return... thank you

Some employees are stupid working over there after sending the money they cancel my order now I not sure how long waiting than to get my money back

I have purchased a 5 grams gold bar in…
I have purchased a 5 grams gold bar in February 10th of 2024. According to the tracking item has arrived on February 14th. I was not home at the time. Shipment was done by FedEx. According to FedEx they dropped the package on my front porch. I was not home at the time. Once I got home the package was nowhere to be found. My speculation that it was taken by porch pirates. I have contacted the Liberty coin and they told me to file a police report which I did. Liberty coin has an insurance on the packages they sent. I have never received any replacement or a refund. Stay away from sellers shipping with FedEx.
