Sent me the wrong coin, bad customer service
Sent me the wrong coin, I immediately called to rectify the situation and they didn't help at all over the phone and told me to email them. Nobody has been helpful or seem to be in any rush to fix the situation. Still dealing with emailing customer service where they seem to blame you for wanting it fixed. (Literally sent a fractional coin worth 40% of what I paid for). You are better off disputing the charge through your bank then deal with the customer service. This was the first order that went sideways out of 5 purchases, but definitely never ordering from them again.

Buyer Beware Only 50% Silver
These coins are not for investment. I ordered 10 silver dollars and they look great. They do not state the silver percentage anywhere, so I inquired by email and was told that they are 50% silver. They said that they were only commemorative coins. Ads misleading.

can't handle big orders
can't handle big orders. spent a lot of money for BU coins. coins come from a distribution center apparently. returned coins only to get another set of secondary items pieced together and scratched marked up. lost 2 days of work waiting for both shipments then running to Fedex to send back. waste of time money etc.
