Overall good experience with a hitch.
I'll start with the good. The part I ordered was reasonably priced, shipped to me quickly and worked great. No complaints there, and it wasn't too difficult to find it...although there were some difficulties. That leads to the negative portion. I looked up the part by my model number and landed on a page with a drain pump that looked fairly similar to mine, although I hadn't taken the pump out of my old one yet so I couldn't compare directly. I used their part checking feature on the product page and entered my washer's model number, and it said it was a match. So I bought it. Long story short, it was not a match and I had to return it. If you go to the page directly for the model number, it will show a list of parts for that model that should be correct. But if you're like me and went for the part first and then checked the model, their code/info is wrong and lead me to buy the wrong part. They were very understanding and worked out a return shipping label and full refund (although I'm waiting on that, it's only been a few days). Overall not bad experience, but please LGparts, update your part checker tool because it is not correct.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really glad to hear the part you ultimately needed arrived quickly, was reasonably priced, and worked well, that’s exactly the experience we aim to provide. At the same time, we understand how frustrating it is to be led to the wrong part, especially after using the model compatibility tool with confidence. That kind of mismatch can add unnecessary time and effort to what should be a straightforward repair, and your feedback about how the part checker behaves is important. Situations like this help highlight where improvements are needed so others don’t run into the same issue. We do appreciate you recognizing the return process, and we’re glad that part went smoothly. Refunds can take a few business days to fully process depending on the payment method, but it sounds like everything is moving in the right direction. Your comments about the part checker tool are being taken seriously, accuracy there matters, and we’re always working to make that experience more reliable. Thanks again for pointing it out and for sharing both the positives and the areas that need attention.
