This company has not been responsive to me. I've been trying to troubleshoot an issue for 2 weeks. Each time I get another email someone promises to resolve by the close of the day but I have yet to get any resolution.

It took a little longer than I thought but that was OK. Except the fit is not what your size chart indicated. I can't wear the jacket it is too small. I measured my chest waist and arm length and it did not come close. Never again. The jacket is JUNK.

I returned an item i purchased. The credit is not posted back yet after more than a week while company policy specifies 5 business days.

Wasn’t happy with the product. Cheap looking and was too small. I got what I payed for. Shame on me. Lesson learned.

I receive a jacket looked like nothing of the advertised jacket on the website. They charged me $20 for restocking fee for the stupid ish they sent me. Waste of time and money. I started a BBB case to get my $20 back. Crooks!

Poor quality, snaps didn't work. Took way too long to ship! Will not order again! I do not recommend!

I ordered an XXL for myself and received a small instead. Nice jacket but it now belongs to my daughter because i dont have time or patience to go thru returning it.

This was a horrible product. It was not leather as advertised. Some kind of synthetic leather. There is absolutely no leather smell to this jacket. Advertised as 100% leather. Cheap zippers. There was nothing about this product that was anything like a motorcycle jacket. This is some kind of costume jacket. The fit was horrible. The sleeves were so big I could put both arms in one sleeve without unzipping the sleeve. The chest was fine but the bottom was like a moo moo. You would have wind blowing up everywhere. I ask to return and they offered a partial refund to keep it. I did agree but only got less than a third of the refund. So now I have to argue about that. I would throw this jacket in the trash. Completely useless. Would never buy anything from them again. Bought this style of jacket from Milwaukee leather without the red shoulders for the same price. 10 times the quality and thick real cow hide leather. I don't believe any of these reviews. Read all of them before I bought the jacket. I have bought better jackets at k mart for 30 dollars.
