So i sent pics of label size and of jacket. Then received email saying i could keep the jacket and u would refund me $50.00. Which didnt understand because jacket was 2 sizes to small, what was i going to do with it. Finally after begging for a return address slip got one. Ordered 3x and received small

site claims orders ship in 5-8 business days. I ordered a gift 5 weeks prior to the date needed. After 3 weeks, tried calling. got a generic answering machine. no return call. sent email explaining my dilemma. was assured product would arrive before needed. it didn't. finally filed claim with Paypal and, miraculously, product shipped next day from Pakistan. Horrible customer service.

Terrible service. I was lied to about when it shipped, and many e mails went ignored. My order was supposed to be shipped with in 5 to 8 business days it took a month to ship.

Ordered a 3X jacket, turns out the size chart is wrong and there is no info on how to return or exchange it either.

The jacket I received was way too small! I will be sending this back.

Do NOT buy anything from Lexther! They are professional con men who make all kinds of promises about great customer service, but when you need them, they will lie straight to your face. I ordered a jacket and it stunk so bad when I open the package that I contacted them about getting a refund. They sent me the return label and promised a speedy refund, but it’s been almost 6 weeks now of constant emailing back-and-forth, and even though they received the jacket unworn and in perfect condition, still in the original packaging even, they will not give me a refund. These guys are crooks and should not be trusted! Spend your money somewhere else!

The pics you see in the advertisement is a total misrepresentation of what I got in the mail. I'm wearing this price of crap anywhere and the only question I have is where do I send it back too?
