LexivonReviews of lexivon.com

I bought the 6" digital protractor. So far it functions well. The hard case is a bonus. The small size fits into small spaces. I deducted a star because the survey is for Lexivon, not just tools. I registered my tool, provided the receipt and received an e-mail stating I would hear from them in a couple work days. After 8 days I had to ask what is going on and asked if this was the level of service I could expect in the future. My registration show up a couple hours later. Not too impressed.

I read a five-star review on Amazon that made me stop and think. It said, "To all the people giving this 1/4 drive torque wrench one star, you need to know how to use it before you rate it." Never has a truer statement been spoken. I've used torque wrenches professionally for over 30 years, and many of the complaints I read are simply the result of improper use. If you're using this wrench to loosen bolts, you don't understand the purpose of a torque wrench. If you're expecting a loud, obvious click when you reach the desired torque, you may not understand how a precision inch-pound torque wrench works. This isn't a tool for tightening lug nuts. It's designed for specialized fasteners that require precise torque values. The key is to work slowly. As you approach the target torque, pay attention to the increasing resistance and feel for the click rather than listening for it. Used correctly, this wrench does exactly what it's designed to do, and it does it very well.

Tried many other blow torches but had to send them back due to problems. However this blow torch from Lexivon is first class, build quality is excellent and works perfectly with added safety features, can’t fault it. Highly recommend this product

I only ordered 1 item and now 3 have arrived and I have been charged for them. I will no longer do any business with this company.

Excellent service and high quality tools, did exactly what I needed it to do,would be more than happy to recommend to anyone, and would love to review more of your range of tools. Thanks keep up the good work.

I am writing this review because I feel that Lexivon Customer Service did an excellent job helping me when I had a problem. They went way out of their way to help solve my problem. Bottom Line is this: I would very highly recommend Lexivon because not only did they provide great customer service when I needed it but also because I find their Torque Wrench to be a quality tool.

I ordered the 3/8 drive Torque wrench from Amazon and it has performed just fine, keep in mind that on lower settings you really have to be listening/feeling for the click.great looking tool and comes with a case.
