I ordered exam prep to a Managing broker exam unfortunately to audio exam prep is VERY basic level general real estate agent/broker information. Perhaps would be good for someone just starting out getting their first license. This did not cover anything of value for a Managing Broker exam. The app is glitchy, many of the topics are repeated through out the short audio clips, a lot of the information is very nationally generic and not specific to Washington State. I was really hoping to purchase an audio exam prep for a Managing broker license that I could use to supplement my CE managing broker class and listen to when I am driving to further my retention... This app and material are not able to provide that experience. Very Disappointed with the purchase.
