Tried to obtain warranty for a 7 year old 128gb flash drive as this usb drive was truly dead. After several screenshots were sent to Lexar they told me as the flash drive was 7 years old (sent them the receipt) they would not replace it. I thought it was a lifetime warranty. I will never by Lexar again….ever.

Poor warranty support and ghosting on RMA #TICKET42691 Review:I am extremely disappointed with Lexar's warranty service regarding my case #TICKET42691. After my Lexar Professional Silver Plus 512GB card failed, they offered a PayPal refund of only $51.51, which does not even cover half of the replacement cost in the UK (£100–£120).When I asked for a physical product replacement instead of a low monetary refund, the support agent (Mohamed) completely stopped responding. I have been ignored for over a week now despite sending multiple polite follow-up emails. I am ready to provide the product destruction video as requested, but I need a confirmation that a replacement card will be sent. Terrible communication and lack of respect for customers.

Bought a nm790 2tb and it failed within 2 years lost all my data, went through RMA with someone called Mohamed it was a nightmare he kept fobbing me off over 6 emails. I had to phone there customer service in which they did sort it and then Mohamad emailed me stating I need to send the failed drive to Hong Kong at my own cost, in my opinion this should be covered by Lexar.

My RMA claim is stuck on "waiting for an update from Amazon" or "waiting for an update from internal Team" round'n'round for over than 2 months. Pathetic and false justification for an unlawful "voiding" the warranty.

I got one expansive SSD Lexar NM790 4TB for my Birthday and only after one year of use got broken!!! The customer care service doesn't want to replace it because I have not the proof of purchase! Other serious Companies offer Warranty based on the serial number of the device if the proof of purchase is not present!!!! I have lost a 300$ device because they don't want to make a replacement based on courtesy!!!! 5 Years should be the Warranty!!! The quality of their product is very bad!!! I will not buy anymore products of this Company with such a miserable attention for the customers, my friends suggested to buy Western Digital , they make no problem with warranty because they accept also the serial numbers of the device!!!! Shame on you LEXAR!!!

Purchased a Lexar sd card 124gb it lasted just over a year and became corrupted only showing 7gb. Lexar says on their website a lifetime guarantee so I contacted them. They offered to send me out another one, but conveniently my area didn't have any in the warehouse then they offered to refund me again conveniently there was a system error so they couldn't. Then they just stopped emailing back. Don't give your money to them the cards don't work as they should then they make it like they are trying to help but don't. SCAM

S80 512GB jump drive. After first use it did not recognize my password any more and there appears to be no way to reset/retrieve it. Lexar website totally dysfunctional - I tried the recommended method at the Lexar "forgot-password" page. Entered my email as prompted but the next step, pressing the "Reset My Password" button, did nothing. The button is completely inert. Also tried contacting Help at the email provided (support [at] lexar [dot] com). I did get an email response from them, and the agent was really helpful, suggesting I try reloading the software. He even checked back a couple of days later to see if it had worked, but I had already bought a competing product - which worked fine - and I haven't followed up on the suggestion.
