Very little or no communication as to what is going on with my tax issue. You take my money every month and I receive no updates.

Ultra-competent and they really CARE !
Due to a very messy divorce I had not filed business and personal returns for myself and my son for several years. The Levy group untangled my mess and had all my returns filed within two weeks. They also had some IRS penalties forgiven as well as giving sound financial advice for the future. The Levy group offers one-stop shopping for all your IRS problems and needs. And they provide their services with the highest standards of customer service. I'm a believer !
