Poor mortgage experience
Reached out to them to find a mortgage provider. The primary provider they listed ghosted me after hitting my credit with a hard inquiry. I informed them of the issue and they seemed unconcerned and never followed up beyond sending an email. I will not use them for referrals again.

Hi Evan, after we traded emails this weekend we called and spoke with the lender yesterday morning. They said you had connected with both the loan officer and his district manager and had decided to continue forward with the loan and that everything had been resolved. We had assumed that since you were moving forward with them that there was not an issue. If this is not the case please let me know and we will do our best to fix the issue. Thanks.
