If it was possible to leave zero stars…
If it was possible to leave zero stars I would, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. They don’t want to help you, they want to take your money. And not just the money you owe, but thousands more. And they won’t tell you, they only seem to have ONE customer support girl, who knows absolutely nothing. She’s zero help, has zero answers for your questions. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LEGAL LOAN SHARKS. I can’t stress this enough, it’s a damn scam. They are heartless people, stealing from people who are just looking for help. Submit a scam report to BBB, I did today. Enough reports and they’ll actually investigate these frauds.

Predatory 600% interest loans. RUN!
This is never a good idea. Deserate people agreeing to insane loans. I would caution anyone to stay away. I had few choices and took a calculated risk against my best judgement. We will see if it works out. If you cannot repay this loan in full within 7 to 14 day of taking it do not consider it. once the interest macine kiccks in you will not escape.

That interest rate! That no one mentions? Until it's too late because you were desperate?! I got 400 dollars from level up same day as promised. That I paid 713% yea i said SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN PERCENT INTEREST ON. It took me almost a year to pay off and ended up costing me damn near 2 grand. Don't do this. It's not worth it at all. In fact it's absolutely predatory and I pray that you find some other way to make ends meet because this ain't it honey!

DO NOT USE LVL UP!!!!!
One of the WORST places to get a personal loan. DONT DO IT. I got a $400 loan in August—easy—then after I repay the $400, they keep charging me THREE MORE TIMES and when I go to call and ask about it they tell me I agreed to an 18month loan and it would total to $900 at the end???? MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE. IM NOT PAYING YOU $900 WHEN ME, A SINGLE MOTHER, ONLY NEEDED $400 AND I WENT HERE IN DESPERATION! The guy was not helpful and just repeated his same sentence over and over. I’m reporting this company. You guys suck and prey off of people who need help.

I was told that I would get my deposit…
I was told that I would get my deposit on Monday. I didn’t cause of the holiday but I specifically asked the lady if I would get it and she said yes. Caused me late fees cause I told bills that it would be paid based on what I was told. Terrible customer service. Would have give a zero if I could have.
