The agents that I worked with were very patient and really made the process as smooth as possible for me. This is my first time getting a loan and I wasn’t familiar with the process. I was told the expectations at the beginning and the instructions were clear on what I needed. Overall, I really loved how they handled my case and I’m grateful I was approved. Their interests are high though😅😅 must be because of my low credit and low income. Looking forward to working with them in the future

Hi Ryton, Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that our agents were patient and made the process smooth for you, especially as it was your first time getting a loan. We’re glad that the expectations and instructions were clear and that you felt well-informed throughout. We understand that the high interest rates can be a concern. Keep in mind we offer flexible repayment options that could reduce the overall cost of the loan. You can 1. Pay off your loan early with no prepayment penalties, which can lower your interest payments and/or 2. make additional payments towards the principal balance, which will reduce both the accrued interest and the length of your loan term. If you have any questions or need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or give us a call at 833-715-1813. Best regards, The Level Up Funding Team
