The process was quick, easy and appreciated! I was able to get my money the same day which really helped. The only improvement I suggest is the representative explaining the repayment process better.

Hi CB, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear the process was quick and easy, and that receiving your funds the same day was helpful. Our priority is ensuring that customers understand their loan terms, and we are sorry to hear that you felt the terms were not clearly stated. Keep in mind that you are not obligated to keep the loan for its entirety. We also provide alternative payment options that may help reduce the overall cost of the loan. You also have the option to (1) pay off the loan early with no prepayment penalties, thus saving on interest, or (2) make additional payments toward the principal balance, which will also save on interest and shorten the life of the loan. If you have any questions or need assistance in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime at [email protected] or call us at 833-715-1813. Best regards, The Level Up Funding Team

Everything was cool. Just wish that the 1st payment was postpone until the second check. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting a loan

Hi, Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your personal installment loan experience. The loan details, including the APR, payment amount and due dates, were included in the loan agreement you signed before origination. We provide alternative payment options that may help to reduce the overall cost of our personal installment loans. You are never obligated to keep the loan for the entire duration of its term.

I got a small loan to pay utility bills, car pmt, etc. Gone as fast as I got it. Now I pay weekly, I which I misunderstood as monthly, for almost a year. I'll need a loan to pay my loan if my hours get cut like my boss says could happen. Getting the loan was very fast, I for which I am grateful.

Hi Elaine List, Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear the loan process was quick. However, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your personal installment loan experience. Our priority is ensuring that customers understand their loan terms, and we are sorry to hear that you felt the terms were not clearly stated. At the time of accepting the loan, a detailed loan agreement was sent to you via email. This agreement outlined your payment schedule, the amounts due on each date, the finance charges based on scheduled payments, and the annual percentage rate (APR). Keep in mind that you were not obligated to keep the loan for its entirety.
