Hey folks, be careful in making your decision about Brian Ridgeway of South Carolina and Level 5 marketing. Although some very valid points were made at the very beginning. But they are just in it for the money, preying on broke people hurting. It’s kinda sad actually. Anyway, the server the whole thing is kept on is incredibly slow, outdated and everything is pre recorded. They try to recreate the feel of a live setting, but it fails miserably. Don’t ever expect to hear back from Brian well, at all, but the service which they claim to be 24hrs, are completely void of response from anyone familiar with the English language. Oh yeah and never, I mean NEVER expect a refund. Brian and crew have already deleted my comments from Social Media. Don't get sucked in to this guys BS.

Hi Sean, Thank you for sharing your perspective. I want to address a few points directly, as several of the statements in your review are not an accurate representation of how our services are structured or delivered. We are a legitimate company that has supported over 300,000 individuals, with many sharing their experiences through testimonials after engaging with Brian's work. Our programs include both recorded and live components by design, allowing individuals to access the material consistently while also participating in live sessions. Our support team is active, and we do respond to inquiries and handle requests as they come in. I see we responded to your request on the same day. We also operate with integrity and honor refund requests in accordance with the terms provided for each product at the time of purchase. Your requested refund 90 days after purchase, when you had a 7 day money back guarantee. We let you know this at that time. As for your comment about intent, this work is not based on persuasion or dependency. People choose to engage with it based on their own experience and the value they received. We recognize that this approach does not resonate with everyone, and we respect your perspective. At the same time, it’s important that what’s represented publicly reflects how the work is actually experienced across the broader community.
