Dear Maria, My apologies for the late reply here. When you posted your review, we didn't know about this Trustpilot account, as we did not create it. I see your purchase from the 15th of May and your email about the access. We responded to that and sent the access information. Sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder. I don't see a refund request. However, I have refunded your purchase now.
