Scam!!!! Paid for in October. Still no product!

I ordered on October 30th & have yet to receive my purchase. I have sent numerous emails, filled out the website form, and left voicemail. I also searched and couldn't find them on Facebook any longer.

I have ordered a cycle from Level Up Workout on October 30, 2020 Today is January 13, 2021 and I have not received any confirmation or any equipment! What I can do to get my money back, they charged my Visa immediately in October

I purchased levelup workout machine on 11.9.2020. I paid 54.00 for this item as of todate i have sent them 2 emails no response nor have i received the item. This is unacceptable you pay for an item you should get what you paid. I am definitely not going to let this company take my monies and think it is ok. Do not buy the levelup workout peddle bike from this company. Monica lucius

I ordered some resistance bands from this company and even though they said dispatch would be within 3 days dispatch didn't actually happen for 7 days and the worst thing of all they took the money for these from my account before dispatch. Once dispatched the tracking number they gave me wasn't a number the delivery company recognised and so I could not even track my order. It has now been 14 days since I placed my order and still no sign! I have asked for a full refund!
