We've been using Rapyd Cloud (now Levamo) to host multiple client websites, and our experience has been consistently positive. As an agency, one of the biggest advantages is that we don't have to spend time worrying about the hosting infrastructure. The platform has been reliable, and the team keeps improving their setup, which is great to see. It's nice working with a hosting provider that's actively investing in making the service better instead of just maintaining the status quo. Overall, it's been a dependable solution for our agency, and we're happy to continue using it for our clients.

Great ad usual even with the name change, nothing diminished!

The performance on Levamo is nearly unmatched--I've tested a lot of web hosts and only ever seen one that can compare. They do have an AI chat bot, which I dislike and try to bypass as quickly as possible, but once I get to the actual support techs, they generally quite helpful. There were times communication wasn't always clear on how/what was fixed, but they get things done regardless. I had a plugin that needed the (non-standard) SOAP extension for PHP, and they got it done in a matter of hours when I was expecting days (or worse). Though their v2 dashboard has had some rough edges, the team has helped me figure out anything where I had questions. They offer Monarx, Patchstack, and Cloudflare for a security stack that's impossible to beat, and backups that just work. That's peace of mind that is worth every penny (and more).

Sudhir, at Levamo, is legendary. we were in so much trouble until he solved our situation.

Great. Thanks!
