Chinese scam
Dear All businesses, I need to warn you, do not use this company for your signs. They are scammers, company registered in TX but in reality they are in china. First they will say we manufacture everything in TX but this is a big lie. Second they will give you one quote and say you need to pay more and the size will be very small. They will not refund your money, all the signs they make very poor quality and crappy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. SCAM YOU NO TIME!

Hello Guljahon, We take all feedback seriously, but we must respectfully clarify several points to ensure an accurate representation of our business. Transparency & Operations: While we are a proud Texas-registered business, we have never claimed to manufacture exclusively within the US. To meet global demand and maintain competitive pricing, we utilize a trusted international supply chain. This is a standard practice that allows us to deliver custom signage worldwide. Pricing & Product: Our quotes are final based on the specific dimensions and designs approved by the customer. Additional charges only occur if a customer requests changes to the size or design after the initial quote. We ensure all specifications are confirmed before production begins. Resolution: Regarding your refund, while custom-made products typically do not qualify for returns, we aim to support our customers when they are unhappy. Records show that a partial refund of $295 was issued to you on 05/01/2026 as a gesture of goodwill. At LetsNeon, we stand by our quality control process. We are sorry that you feel differently, but we remain committed to the thousands of businesses we serve annually. Best regards, The LetsNeon Team
