I have been using this software for years now and I must admit, it is nice and straight forward tool to use but need to improve on customer relatiions, it is very appalling. I am having an issue currently it as it keeps sending error of check your internet connection or reinstall the progrem, I have done that and so many other things and the software refuses to come up and no help from their team even after sending two messages and the first one been 5days ago
